International is devoted to maximum assistance to recipients of the
hESC lines. It provides Methodology Manual as well as interactive
support in maintenance and handling of its products. Recipients can
count on our information, advice, and published materials in regular
handling of stem cells and troubleshooting.
We strongly recommend that individuals intending to work with
stem
cells thoroughly study the manual and acquire skills necessary for
relevant activities by training at SIL or other means.
Methodology Manual
Together with the lines, the recipient will get the hESC Culture
Methodology Manual.
The manual covers topic such as:
• Shipment and handling of products when they are received.
• Equipment, reagent, solutions, and media.
• Storage and thawing of stem cells.
• hESC line maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and contact details. |

Training
SIL provides personal training to specialists working with SIL
produced lines. Highly qualified scientists will conduct training
in the laboratories equipped to demonstrate full specter of
activities pertained to stem cell maintenance and use. They
will share their knowledge and experience of theory and practice,
provide hand-on training, and answer all the questions raised
by trainee. Typical course take 3 to 5 days depending on qualification
of the trainee.
