The pricing of sub-licensing SIL's hESC materials depends on type of lines, size of an order, and other factors determined by bilateral agreement. The cost covers:

1. Material Maintenance Fee. 2. Cell Culture Methodology Manual containing line description, handling instructions, ordering procedure, list of available cell lines with full characterization, and other relevant topics. 3. Assistance in establishing hES cells in recipient's laboratory.

There is additional charge for cost of shipping and handling.

SIL will ship contracted lines immediately after it receives valid signed Letter of Agreement and full payment. The company is not responsible for actions of a shipping agent.
