The Board of Directors oversees and guides the Company’s management and its business. The Board also considers the Company’s ethical behavior and provides oversight with respect to SIL’s strategic direction and key policies. In this role, the Board relies on the judgment and opinion of the Advisory Committee.

The Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Board and produces expert opinions on scientific developments, ethic, legal, and other matters pertaining to the company’s business. Its members include reputable and experienced specialists.
